Well, it’s been yet another super busy week. Lots and lots of web work. Mostly production. Two interesting projects in the pipe are for DAP and MedStar Health. The DAP project is just a demo at this point, but the idea is solid, and the actual project (once started) will be a great piece. MedStar Health has asked for a new mapping tool. Using the Google Maps API, we will be building a custom mapping tool with room for growth as they add more offices on the east coast.
On the personal side, we have selected a new office and will be moving into it this weekend. Expect sore backs on Monday. Maybe a hangover on Sunday, because as we all know, moving sucks, but beer makes it just a little better. Hope everyone is having a great week!!

This is my first crack at posting a demo of some code that I’ve done. This first one will be for the flexable semi-transparent corners I’ve used through-out the site. This is done using multiple div’s placed inside one another, along with your image or text id’s or classes. You can see the effect on this posting’s image or all of the postings that have images. Simply change the color of the blog by selecting the color box in the right-hand column.
Here is a link for a zip file containing all the goods.

ok, well here we go. Welcome to dwgould.com. My personal weblog for pretty much anything I’d like the world to see. I’ll be posting code snippets, project updates, and news about raising our daughter, Marayah - who is going on ten months now…
So please take a look around, right now we only have one post, but each day this blog will grow, so enjoy. And thanks for stopping by.
